Hi - If you open your form in Google Forms, click on the addon icon and select Formfacade (or any addon) immediately, sometimes only the Help option is displayed in the menu. This is a Google Workspace issue. Please try clicking on the add-on icon a few mins after opening your Google Form (once the form is loaded); the addon menu options will be displayed. If the menu options are still not displayed, it might be because of the app permissions settings for your google workspace account (see link below). Please write to your admin to enable access. Heya Vipin two fields on my form seem to be messing up somehow.These are first name and last name..What happens is people fill in first name and last name as follows: first name; John Smith last name: Smith then my system saves their name as John Smith Smith ** This cannot be human error, it happened 1000/14000 times. What could be causing this? thanks Danny

Hi Danny, Where is the name dispalyed as "John Smith Smith"? Are you trying to view the responses in Formfacade, Google Forms or Google Sheets? Please share the details so that we can check this.

Hi - If you have configured the login page in your form, then the one-tap google signin option will be displayed when the user fills the form. If a new user chooses to use this option, the name and email will be autofilled in the form. The user can choose to edit it if required. For a returning user, it will autofill name, email, phone, address, delivery zone etc based on the previous response so that users don't have to enter the same information every time they fill the form. If you don't want the autofill option, then you can disable the login option. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the configure categories and quick navigation 9 dots grid icon to the right of the Next button > select None for the "Ask users to login at this page" option and click Save.

Hello, I am trying to change the name of the form account. My form is titled My Bistro - Museum of History Menu, and I want to change it to My Bistro - Internal Ordering Form. I could not find a field to change this option, and whenever I try to access the form, it always has My Bistro - Museum of History Menu as the header. Could you please assist?

Hi Em-Jae, To change the name that appears in the header of your form, you need to update the Title in the Theme settings. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner > click Change theme > The Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page > click Page > Enter the preferred text in the Title (header) option and click Save. Please note that the header, footer, logo and theme settings are for your account and it will be applied to all the forms you create using your account.

One of our users in the field is encountering a "Submit" button instead of the "Next" button. This is an issue they are running into on multiple machines.

Hi Mark, The submit button will be displayed (1) If the form is set to submit responses after a particular section (2) if the conditional branching is setup in the form with the Submit form option enabled for an answer choice or (3) At the end of form. Is there any way to customize the Page title, logo, footer, language per form?

Hi Terry, the theme settings, header, footer, logo are applied at the account level and will be the same for all forms created using your account. If you would like to create forms for different brands/companies, then you will have to subscribe and use different accounts for each. You can choose the preferred language for each form. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > select the language and click Save.

When you click on the cart to check out, it goes back to the home position. If you go through all product sections by clicking nex you can check out. I would like to click the cart and go straight to check out

Hi - The last page in the form "Parking Signs 12x8" has products, order summary section, contact details and review & place order section. You must split this into two pages. "Parking Signs 12x8" page with just the products and "Order summary" page with contact details and review sections. Once you make this change, you can map the order summary page as the checkout page so that users can add the products to cart, click on the cart icon in the header and click on the checkout page to directly go to the order summary page. Is there a way to have a different pic for each variation?

You can upload multiple images for a product. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the product to select it > click on the settings gear icon for this product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Additional images > click Browse > select the image to upload it and click Save. You can upload as many product images as required.

Good morning. I have a form set up and I need to adjust payment structure to add a service fee.

Calculate service fee Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add price field icon > select Tip, click Next > Update the title "Service fee", select Percentage option, click Next > Enter the percentage for order amount and click Create. For example, you can charge 5% of the order amount as the service fee. Calculate total amount including service fee In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add price field icon > select Net amount, click Next > select Standard calculation using NETTOTAL() formula, click Next > click Create. Please try this and confirm.

You can calculate the shipping fee based on the the total weight of the products ordered. Setup unit weight for each product You can set up the unit weight for the products. In the Neartail Edit page (new editor), click on the product to select it > click on the gear icon for that product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > enable Shipping, enter the unit weight for the product and click Save. Repeat the steps for all the products. Calculate total weight In the Neartail Edit page (new editor), click on the Add field icon > enter the title Total Weight, select Short answer question > click on the gear icon for this field > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > enter the formula WEIGHT() in the Calculate option and click Save. Calculate shipping fee In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add price field button > select Delivery fee, click Next > select Custom calculation, click Next > Enter the one of the formula below and click Create. Hello, I would like to remove the CTA "Create your own form" after the submit button. If I sign up for Basic subscription plan, is this removable?

Yes, the "Create your own form" button will be automatically removed when you subscribe to any paid plan, including the Basic subscription plan. Please note that the branding displayed in the bottom right corner of the form will be removed only in the Premium plan and above.
