Customize header, footer Login to Formfacade. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner. Click Change theme. Theme settings page will be displayed. Select Minimal theme. Click Page. Enter the required text in the Title (header), Footer option (replaces "This site belongs to...") and click Save. You can upload your logo (square image 1:1 aspect ratio) to replace the default profile picture. Please note that the theme settings are common for all the forms you create in your account. File upload File upload is a paid feature. If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use the Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive. You get 10mb max file size with 1gb total file storage in the Basic plan and 2gb total file storage in the Premium plan. Please note that the files will not be synced to your Google Drive. You will have to click on the link to access the file and download it one at a time.

HI Robert, You will have to upgrade to the file upload plan to set up automatic sync to Google Drive. Please note that only the uploaded files from the new responses collected after this set up will be synced to the Google Drive folder. If you add new collaborators, they will be access the uploaded files in the old responses as well.

Hi Robert, you can use the sequence() formula to generate a unique (draft) id for each response and record it in google forms. Please note that these numbers may not be sequential, as some users might abandon their responses.
