Hi Robert, Only form owners can access the uploaded files after they login with their google account. If you need to give access to your team members, you can add them as collaborators in Google Forms and click on the addon icon > click Petaform > click More options > click Update to sync the changes. Note: If your primary requirement is to collect files and collaborate with your team, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use the Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, embed form, allow your team to access the uploaded files, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive. Brilliant. Thanks. Just to confirm. If responses have been made already. new collaborators cannot access those images unless using sync files to google drive. Any additional files added after collaborators have been added will be able to access all.

HI Robert, You will have to upgrade to the file upload plan to set up automatic sync to Google Drive. Please note that only the uploaded files from the new responses collected after this set up will be synced to the Google Drive folder. If you add new collaborators, they will be access the uploaded files in the old responses as well.
