Hi Jillian, You can hide an entire checkbox question, but it isn't possible to make specific answer choices or the entire question read-only. You can add the sponsorships as products and enable the inventory option. If you add them as a "sold by variant" product, you can create each sponsorship option as a separate variant and set the inventory for each variant to 1. Once someone selects a sponsorship and submits their response, that variant will automatically be hidden when the inventory reaches zero. Alternatively, you can add each sponsorship as a separate "sold by quantity" product, set the maximum quantity to 1, and set the available stock to 1. Once a sponsorship is selected and the response is submitted, it will be marked as sold out. This way, customers can see which sponsorships are still available while preventing already-claimed sponsorships from being selected again. Add product Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the Add product icon > enter the product name, select the product type, enter the price. You can also duplicate an existing product and edit the details to add a new product. Enable inventory You can enable the inventory feature and set the available stock for each product. When the customer places an order, Neartail will automatically update the available stock. When the available stock becomes zero, the product will be marked as sold out. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the product to select it > click on the settings gear icon for that product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > enable inventory > enter the available stock and click Save.
