HI Tara, If you have enabled the card payments with on-hold option in your form, you can get payment pre-authorization when the user submits the form and then manually collect payments anytime in the next 7 days. You can refer to the demo video below (starting 5:00). https://youtu.be/SCT3rXkR8mM.
Collect on-hold payments
Login to Neartail using the registered email > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on an order to view the details > click Collect to collect on-hold payments.
Disable on-hold payments
You should disable this option to collect payments immediately when the user submits the form. Login to Neartail using the registered email > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, scroll down to the payment section > click Edit > Payment settings page will be displayed > select Disable for the pay on approval option and click Save.
