Hi Shibu, The subscription is linked with the email address used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to create the form and collect responses. You can add your team as collaborators to provide access. When the collaborators click on the Accept invite button in the email, Neartail automatically enables a free trial for the collaborators. Once the trial ends, they will need to subscribe to the paid plan to continue using Neartail. If you just need to provide access to the form submissions, you can save the responses to Google Forms and use the Google Forms' Link to Sheets feature to sync responses to Google Sheets in real time, and add your team as a collaborator in Google Sheets to provide access. This does not require a Neartail subscription for collaborators. Close form You can close the form to stop accepting responses. When you close your form in Neartail, users will not be able to view the form or submit their response, but you can edit the form and manage responses. Login to Neartail > click Forms > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the settings gear icon next to the form title > Form settings will be displayed > click Advanced > check Close this form option, add a custom message and click Save.

Thanks for the response. FYI the support ticket doesn't alert me to a response. I was wondering why ther was no reply. I noticed closed forms still count towards the form count on the subscription, so deleting old ones is the only way to free up the limit, correct? I would like to like to move to a Annual Basic plan but the upgrade option in my account does not have an item listed for Basic. Can you switch and possibly pro-rate the subscription for this month in the annual plan?
