My collaborators are receiving an error message that their free trial has ended and to select a paid plan. We have an active basic plan. I am able to access the response forms, but they cannot, even after accepting the invitation. Please help. We're on a time crunch to review the scholarship applications and notify recipients.

Hi Kendra, The subscription is linked with the email address used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to create the form and collect responses. You can add your team as collaborators to provide access to Formfacade. Please note that the collaborators will need to subscribe to the paid plan using their account after their trial ends. If you just need to provide access to the form responses, you can add them as collaborators in Google Sheets. This does not require a Formfacade subscription.
