Most likely you have selected the Restricted option for Responder view allowing only specific people to access the form. You must always set it to "Anyone with the link" to use the google form with Formesign.
Once you have updated the publish settings, please sync the changes with Formesign. Open your form in google forms > click on the addon icon > click Formesign > click More options > click Update or Customize to sync the changes.
If you open your google form, click on the add-on icon and select Formfacade (or any add-on) immediately, sometimes only the Help option will be displayed in the menu. This is a Google Workspace issue. Please click on the add-on icon a few mins after opening your Google Form (once the form is loaded); the add-on menu options should be displayed.

I changed it to anyone with a link and now when I open it in a google form, it won't open, it just says Help
