These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders of veterinary products, including but not limited to flea and tick medications (“Products”), from RH Research (“Seller”) by any individual or entity (“Buyer”). By submitting payment, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following legally enforceable Terms:

Legal Compliance and Buyer Responsibility
- All Products are sold for lawful purposes only. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use and/or possession of these Products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- The Seller makes no representations regarding the legal status of any Product in the Buyer’s location. The Buyer must ensure compliance with all laws. The Seller disclaims any responsibility or liability for misuse, unlawful acquisition, or violation of regulatory rules by the Buyer.
Order Finalization and Legal Obligation
Once payment is submitted, the order is considered final, binding, and non-cancellable. The Buyer acknowledges that submitting payment forms a legally enforceable agreement to complete the transaction. No cancellations or changes to the order will be accepted after payment is received.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the Products and compliance risks associated with their handling and delivery, all sales are final. The Buyer agrees and understands that:
No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to issues arising from loss, seizure, buyer error, or regulatory interference
Price Change Policy
While RH Research makes every effort to honor advertised pricing, the Buyer acknowledges that, in rare circumstances, a price increase may occur due to supplier changes, market shifts, or unforeseen logistical costs. In such cases, the Buyer will be notified and provided with the option to either:
- Pay the price difference to proceed with the full order, or
- Receive a refund for the affected Product(s) only.
The remainder of the Buyer’s order shall remain in full effect, and the Buyer remains financially responsible for all other Products within the same order. The Buyer will be given a reasonable period to respond to any price adjustment notification. Failure to respond within the stated time frame will be interpreted as acceptance of the revised pricing.
Risk Acknowledgment and Delivery Disclaimer
The Buyer accepts all risks associated with the shipment of Products. While the Seller will package and ship Products using reasonable care, the following risks are beyond the Seller’s control:
- Loss, delay, or theft during shipping
- Seizure or confiscation by customs, regulatory agencies, or law enforcement
- International shipping disruptions or failures to deliver
The Seller is not liable for any of the above occurrences, including the failure of international packages to arrive. Once a package is marked as shipped or in transit, responsibility for its delivery transfers fully to the Buyer.
The Buyer acknowledges that such events, while unlikely, may occur and waives any claims against the Seller for refund, replacement, or compensation in the event of non-delivery for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller’s total liability for any claim arising out of this transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Assumption of Risk
The Buyer acknowledges that these orders are placed under a pre-sale model, intended to secure the best possible pricing by coordinating group purchasing or early-access acquisition of inventory. As such, the Buyer understands and accepts that there are inherent risks, including the potential for delayed delivery or, in rare circumstances, non-delivery of the Products.
The Buyer agrees not to hold RH Research liable for any failure to deliver that arises from unforeseen circumstances beyond RH Research’s control, including but not limited to supplier shortages, customs delays, transportation issues, or manufacturing interruptions.
Furthermore, the Buyer agrees to refrain from harassment, defamatory statements, or any public disparagement of RH Research in the event that delivery is delayed or, in rare cases, cannot be completed. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms and assumes all associated risks.
Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy
RH Research is committed to a respectful and safe business environment for its representatives, customers, and partners. While RH Research supports freedom of expression, aggressive, malicious and/or hateful comments, actions, or other harmful steps taken to cause pain and suffering will not be tolerated. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to engage respectfully and acknowledge all risks outlined in these Terms:
- The Buyer is prohibited from engaging in public harassment, defamation, doxxing, or inciting public outrage against RH Research or any of its representatives. This includes—but is not limited to—posting false or inflammatory information in online forums, groups, or social media intended to damage the reputation, operations, or safety of RH Research.
- Knowingly malicious behavior—including sharing private information (doxxing), making threats, or inciting others to harm the business or its affiliates—will be treated as harassment and may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
- In accordance with anti-harassment and cyberbullying protections provided under applicable U.S. federal and state laws, RH Research reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensatory and punitive damages against any individual or entity that violates this policy.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Seller regarding the purchase of Products and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
