Hi Lisa, When you click on the payment reference ID in Neartail, it will open the transaction page for the PayPal account currently linked. If you had used a different PayPal account, it won’t automatically open the transaction page in PayPal. Please make sure to login directly to PayPal using the correct account and check the transaction there.
