I want to customize the form answers sent to Whatsapp when a customer submits tne form to Whatsapp. How do I get the answers to each field? I used ${RESPONSE(name)} for the name field but I get undefined when it is sent to Whatsapp
You can use ${TEXTSUMMARY(true)} in the WhatsApp message setup to include the response summary. However, it is not possible to include specific fields individually.
Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will open in a new tab > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon for the Submit section > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Submit response to WhatsApp > enter the preferred message and click Save.
