Hi Sharon, you can view the signed forms in the Formesign Responses or the Reports page. Login to Formesign > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on a response to view the details > click on the signed document to access it. You can also set up your form to sync the signed forms to your Google Drive folder.
