Hello I am doing a trial to ensure your product meets our requirements. We are organising a comminuity not for profit event next year. And making an Entry Form. We have budgeted the $8 per month when doing a 12 month subscription. WI have successfully created a form, and i am testing it. However now it is telling me a need ANOTHER subscription in order to send a basic Response Receipt when the form is submitted. I actually find this really annoying and quite rude actually. I need the respondent to receive an email when they submit the form, and i also need us to receive an email when the form is submitted. But from what i can see you want another $8 per month for that? We will also be accepting payment through this. Are you then going to ask for another subscription? When i started the trial, i could see that the Neartail Order Form subscription said it has the features we required which was Accept Online Payments, Send email receipts, Calculate Order Amount. So i am not seeing this is false advertising.... unless you can correct me. We have 3 days left on our trial. I really need to make this work and test it before committing to a 12 month subscription. I look forward to your reply.

Hello, I have been trying for hours to get a form to work the way i want it to. The product "Rally Entry Fee" everytime i add it it comes up with a add to cart type setup. I downloaded the Event Registration Form from your website, and it has what i want where it uses radio buttons to select the variant. I could not replicate that on another form that i had made. So i just redid the form using the Event Registration template. It worked!!! Except now its all of a sudden gone back to having an image to click on, then having to add to cart. I do not want this. Please help, i have spent almost 2 hours trying to work it out.
Hi - If you would like to use the form widgets for products instead of the add to cart option, then you should use the default layout. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings will be displayed > click Appearance > select Default layout and click Save. Compact Vs Comfortable vs Default layout In the compact layout, products will be displayed in a 3-column layout with large images and product description (note: products will be displayed in a 2-column layout on mobile devices). Add to cart button will be displayed for products. If you do not upload a product image, a placeholder image will be displayed instead. In the comfortable layout, products will be displayed like a list in a 2 column layout with smaller thumbnail product images (note: products will be displayed in a 1-column layout on mobile devices). Add to cart button will be displayed for products. If you do not upload a product image, a placeholder image will be displayed instead. In the default layout, it will display the products in the standard form layout. Textbox, dropdown & other form widgets will be used for products and fields in the form. If a product does not have any images, no placeholder image will be displayed.
