However, when I try to log in, it prompts me to either subscribe to a plan or extend my trial. May I know if the free plan is not permanent?

Hi, We use Formfacade exclusively to embed the Google Form on our website. I've encountered an issue where, after updating the "confirmation message," the change is reflected only in the original Google Form and not on the embedded version on our website. Previously, changes to the "confirmation message" would be displayed on the website as well. Could you please take a look at this issue?

I'm reposting this because my previous post was deleted and disappeared after I refreshed the page. We use FormFacade to embed the Google Form into our website. 1. In our Google Form, we have an attachment option set as compulsory. However, when viewed from the webstore, it does not show as compulsory. 2. we have edited and added more products under the dropdown "Product Series" within our Google Form. However, these changes are not displaying on our website either. Could you please check these issues?

Hi, We've been using the free version of Google Forms on our website, but recently, we received a notification stating that the free submission limit has been exceeded and that we need to subscribe to a paid plan.
