cant figure out how to add the option for a customer to add custom text for a specific product for personalization
You can add a customized product with a set of predefined options and allow users to select their preferred choices. Currently, Neartail does not offer the option to collect open-ended text, such as a name, jersey number, etc., for customizable products.
The workaround is to add a paragraph question below the order summary section in the form. Users can enter any customization requests such as name etc when they place their order. In the Neartail Edit page, click on the + add question icon > select Paragraph question > enter the title "Customization Requests". You can keep this field as optional so that users choose to answer if required.
