Hi Kokila, you can use the Formfacade - Assign points addon to customize your existing google form and add score calculations. You can then make the edits directly using the Formfacade Editor. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the question to select it > click on the settings gear icon > Question settings page will be displayed > click Answer > update the points for different answer choices and click Save. Repeat the steps for the questions in the form.
