Hi Terry, when you hide a category, it will be removed from the quick navigation and search. It should also be not accessbile when the user uses the Next, Back buttons to navigate the form. We will check this and update you. In the meantime, you can configure the settings for the Next button so that the hidden categories are skipped. In the Neartail Edit page (new editor), at the end of each page, you will be able to configure the settings for Next button. The default option is "Continue to next section" (see screenshot below). You can change it to the preferred page to skip the pages in between.

Hi Terry, you can customize the title, language for each form. Only the logo, header, footer, theme settings are common for all the forms created using the account. This has been designed this way so that users don't have to customize the theme for each form separately. For businesses that have multiple brands and need to have a different theme, logo for each of the brands, they can subscribe to the Team or Enterprise plans.

Hi Terry, The Tasks page, which displays the count by status for different forms, will be deprecated. It will be replaced by the unified Inbox page, which is already available in the mobile app. If you would like to view the response count by status, you can use the new Reports > Responses by status.
