You have added products with variants in your form. Spinner widget to add custom quantity is not supported for products with variants. If you add products to be sold by quantity or weight, you can allow the users to enter the preferred quantity. To enable the spinner widget, you can delete the default quantity options 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 for that product.

You have created your form using the Neartail templates. Do not make edits in Google Forms. You must make the edits directly using the Neartail Editor. Google Forms does not have the option to add products. You can only add fields in the form. With Neartail, you can add products to be sold by quantity, weight, variants or customizable options.
