Hi Natalia, you have created your form in Google Forms and customized it using our addon. When the user fills the form and submits it, the responses will be recorded in Formesign and Google Forms. You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. Open your form in Google Forms > click Responses > click Link to sheets > select Create a new spreadsheet > click Create. Please try this and confirm.

Hi Natalia, Formfacade uses Google Sign-in exclusively, and there is no option to disconnect SSO or create a password for login. You will need to continue using your Google account to access Formfacade.
