This form is not appearing on my Formfacade dashboard. I've tried refreshing and it will not show.
Hi Jeff, If you delete a form from Formfacade, it will no longer be displayed in the Forms dashboard. I have restored this form for now. Please do not delete forms that you are planning to use. We will not be able to restore it once it is permanently deleted.
