If it shows the email address, this indicates that the confirmation emails have been sent to that respondent. Please ask the respondent to check the spam or archive folder.

The link you have shared is for the collaborators. They cannot edit the submitted response. They will be able to edit only the office use fields. Please note that this feature is not included in your subscription (refer to the reply above on 29-Aug). You must enable the edit response option when set up the Notify respondent option to send a confirmation email. If this is setup correctly, respondents will be able to edit their submittted response.
