Hi Tina, we do not have the option to transfer subscriptions or ownership. You can cancel your subscription and then someone from your team can subscribe to the paid plan using their email account. You have created your form in Google Forms. If you are using Google Workspace, you should be able to transfer ownership of your google form to another user in your domain. They can then install the Scorecery addon, subscribe to the paid plan and use the share link or the embed code from their account to collect responses.

Hi Tina, Formfacade use google signin. If you would like to enable 2 factor authentication, you should update it for your google account.
