So you don't have to worry about getting charged automatically. If you have installed the addon and would like to uninstall/remove the app from your Google Forms, here's the instructions: Open your Google Forms > click on the three dots icon next to the SEND button in the top right corner > click Addons > search for Neartail > select Neartail > click on Uninstall.
