You have subscribed to the Formfacade Customize UI Premium plan. These are individual licenses that are linked with a specific email account. If other users need access to Formfacade, they will have to subscribe to the paid plan. If you would like share the responses with your team, you can add them as collaborators in Google Forms or Google Sheets.
