We utilized your product to help our schools gather pictures for proof of residency requirements. We are nearing the end of use for these forms since we cleaned up our collection mess utilizing your product.
We have several forms for each school building and in each response the person usually uploaded a picture of their proof of residency. Instead of me going into each individual form, is there a way for me to download all of these items that were uploaded as a backup?

Hi Walter, If you haven't set up the sync to google drive, we do not have the download all the files at once. You will have access the files by clicking on the link one at a time.
Formfacade Responses page
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on a response to view the details > click on the link to access the uploaded files in that response.
Google Sheets
Open your form in Google Forms > click Responses > click View in sheets > the link to the uploaded files will be recorded as a response to the file upload question > click on the access the uploaded files.
