I am trying to access my form editing but the response is that "my trial has ended." My receipt number is 2728-8048.
Which email account are you using to edit the form using Formfacade? Please confirm.
Note: The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to edit the form and collect responses.
