We paid 216.00 in January 2024 for 25 forms. I have only created 4 forms this year, but your count says I have 22/25 forms with 3 left.
We paid for 25 forms January 2023 and another 25 forms in January of 2024. I would think that I have 21 forms left this year.
Hi Valerie, In the Premium plan, you can use a create a total of 25 forms. When the subscription is renewed, you can continue to use the existing forms you have created to collect responses. If you would like to create additional forms, you can either choose to delete the existing forms and create new forms or upgrade to the Business plan.
