Form responses The text answer for short answer or paragraph question cannot be formatted, whether it is input by the user or calculated using a formula. You cannot use numbered or bulleted lists, make text bold, add hyperlinks etc. Confirmation message displayed on submit You can set up conditional messages based on the calculated score. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Show conditional message based on score and setup the messages. You can use the ${response()} formula to show a summary of all the answers or ${scoresummary()} to show the conditional thank you message setup based on score in the form. You can also click on the @ icon in the message editor and select the required field from the list to include it in the message.
