Hi Latosha, When the user fills the form and submits it, it will count towards the monthly response limit. If you enable automated payments, the responses will be submitted only if the payment is successful. If you enable manual payments, then the responses will be submitted and then the payment details will be displayed. Each form submission count towards the monthly response limit. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Place order (Submit) button > Button settings will be displayed > you can update the payment details and click Save.
