Hi Chris, You can use the ${response()} formula to show a summary of the all the responses. This will display the question title (label), response for fields and product name, quantity for products. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the "Review your order" title to select it > click on the gear icon next to this title > Header settings page will be displayed > enter the ${response()} formula in the description and click Save. Please try this and confirm.

Hi Chris, you have used the Sold by variants option to add products in your form. Sold by variants option is useful for adding products such as T-shirts sold in different sizes or colors. If you would like to allow users to personalize each item such as select the preferred size for the pizza, choose their toppings etc, then you should use the Customizable product option to setup this product.

Hi Chris, Currently Neartail does not support adding a special instructions text box directly for each item. However, you can add a general "Special Instructions" text box at the end of the form where users can provide additional details for their order. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Neartail Edit page, click on the "+" icon to add a new field > select "Paragraph" question type > enter the title as "Special Instructions" or any other relevant title. This will allow users to provide any special instructions for their order in a single text box.
