Yes, you can upgrade from Basic to Premium plan using the customer portal. When you upgrade, it will automatically calculate the prorated amount and charge the difference. Login to Formesign > click Account > click Manage plan > click Update plan to open your customer portal > click Update plan > select esign Premium plan to upgrade.
