I'm using one of your form on my website:

But as you can see, there's no "next" button, but "dalej" (in Polish).

Why this happened?
Hi Damian, the button text and the error messages will be displayed in the language set in Formfacade for this form. Currently the language is set to Polish for the form you have shared.
To update the language, login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > select the preferred language and click Save.
Note: You have used the embed code from your account that does not have an active paid subscription. That's why you are seeing the response limit reached warning message in the form. Please use the embed code from the account used to subscribe to the paid plan.
