Am I able to cancel this and get a refund if I do not need it for a whole year but billed annually?
Hi Kelly, annual subscription is a 12 month contract and it is non-refundable. If you need it for a short term, you can choose the monthly subscription. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime.
