I purchased an annual Customize UI Basic Plan where it shows 100 responses limitation per month, and 10 forms per month. I integrated Google Form in Formfacade, and expect to receive 2000 responses on that Google Form.
Please confirm what is the definition of the 100 response limit per month in my plan. Does it apply to my Google Form? I tried submitting a test response in my Google Form and the response count is still 0/100 in my Usage.
Is the response 100 limit applicable to forms native to Formfacade only? Thank you for your confirmation.

Hi Neil, If you create a form in Google Forms, customize it using Formfacade or use our templates to create the form and use the Formfacade share link to collect responses, then the response limits for your plan will be applicable.
1 form submission = 1 response. When the user fills the form and submits it, the response will count towards your monthly response limit. In the Basic plan, you can collect a total of 100 response per month using Formfacade. Please note that the response limit is not per form; it is for your account.
