Yes, you will be notified if there are security breaches. Delete responses You can move responses to Trash status and enable Strict privacy to delete it from Formfacade. Move to Trash Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, you can drag and drop (place the cursor on the profile image/default icon to drag) responses to the Trash status or click on an response to view the details, select the Trash status for the Move to option and click Submit. When you move a response to the Trash status, any uploaded files will be deleted. Once deleted, you cannot access these files. Enable Strict Privacy You can enable the privacy option to delete the responses in Abandoned and Trash status permanently. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on the three dots next to the Abandoned or Trash status > You can enable the privacy settings and click Save. When enabled, the responses in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Please note that the Abandoned status will be hidden when the Privacy option is enabled.
