Hi Thomas, if you have added a dropdown question with 200+ answer choices in your Google Form and customize your form using the addon, Formfacade will automatically enable the search option. For dropdown questions with less than 200 choices, it will be displayed as a list. When you use the Formfacade share link to collect responses, the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms, You can also sync your Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. Hi Thomas, when you subscribe to the paid plan, the create your own form button will be automatically removed from the confirmation message. Please note that the branding displayed in the bottom right corner in the forms will be removed only in the premium plan and above. Submit form When the user submits the form, you can either choose to display a customized message or redirect users to a webpage. You can add the url of the webpage where you have embedded the form in the redirect option so that users see that page with a blank form on submit. I'd recommend you to add a confirmation message with a link instead. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit option > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Show customized message for this button, enter the message with the link OR select Redirect to a webpage, enter the url of the webpage where you have embedded the form and click Save.
