Does the basic plan cover 100 responses per month total or 100 responses per month for each form?
Also, why did the pricing go up so significantly? We are a school that has been using Formfacade for the last 2 years. In 2022, it was $12 for 1 month. In 2023, it was $27 for 1 month. Now it is $76 for the basic plan for 1 month.
Hi Heather, In the Basic plan, you can collect a total of 100 responses per month. Please note that the response limit is not per form.
The pricing was updated a few months ago in line with the new features we have added to the product. This update did not affect users with an active subscription who were able to use the new features at no extra cost. The new pricing is applicable only to new subscriptions made after the update.
