I don't have a problem, just a question--if I create a formfacade form and then no longer have a paid subscription, will my form continue to work? This is imperative to know before I start the work I need to do. Thank you!
Hi Amanda, Formfacade is a paid product with a free plan. Only the Formfacade Embed feature has a free plan. You can embed one form on your website and collect up to 20 responses per month.
If you would like to collect more than 20 responses or use paid features such customize UI, file upload, calculations, redirect on submit etc, you can subscribe to the paid plan.
