How do I configure the form on where to send the funds. It doesn't seem to have a configuration for that? It is supposed to take online payment for venmo that was the whole point of subscribing to this. Also having a lot of problems uploading images for the form.

Can you turn off the Security shield using the Spectrum app and then test the form using your wifi. Please try this and confirm.
