Product images should be square images (1:1 aspect ratio). If you would like to edit the images, click on the product to select it > click on the gear icon for that product > Product settings page will be displayed > click Change > upload the image > image editor will be displayed > you can crop the image as required and click Save. Please try this and confirm.
