Use the custom link for the lunch order form and the short link for the fundraiser form. Login to Neartail > click on the fundraiser form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Share > In the Share page, copy the short link and use it to collect responses. For the lunch order form, you can continue to use the custom website link. If the custom link is a must for the fundraiser form, then you can try using bit.ly
