You can use the TEXTSUMMARY function to include the order summary in the WhatsApp message. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Place order (Submit) button > Button settings page will be displayed > Click On submit > Select Submit responses to WhatsApp > customize the WhatsApp message and click Save. If you would like to include a summary of the order in the message, you must use the ${TEXTSUMMARY(true)} formula. Please try this and confirm.
