I canceled my subscription last year but I notice that my credit card is still charged $8 month. When I try to login to cancel my membership, the site tells me I must upgrade to use any features. Can we look into this and backdate some of the charges?
Hi Aaron, You cancelled the Mailrecipe Basic plan annual subscription 21-Dec-2023, but your Formfacade Customize UI Basic plan monthly subscription was still active. I have cancelled this subscription now. We will refund the monthly subscription payments for Jan, Feb, Mar and then send a confirmation. Please give us some time.
