Hi - If you have installed the addon and would like to uninstall/remove the app from your Google Forms, here's the instructions: Open your Google Forms > click on the three dots icon next to the SEND button > Select Addons > Search for Neartail > Select Neartail > Click on Uninstall. If you would like to delete your account, please confirm.
