Unhide status Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the three dots more icon next to the Submitted (or any of the visible status) > click Hide > check Abandoned and click Save. Strict Privacy If you have enabled the Privacy option, Abandoned status will not be displayed. If you need this, you will have to disable Privacy. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Orders > In the Orders page, click on the three dots next to the Abandoned or Trash status > You can enable or disable the privacy settings. When enabled, the responses in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Please note that the Abandoned status will be hidden when the Privacy option is enabled.
