I understood that there was a free version of this product that would allow me up to 10 orders each month. How can I access this?

Hi Elise, Neartail is a paid product with a 7 day free trial. You get the first 20 responses free during this trial period. If you would like to collect more than 20 responses or continue using it after the trial ends, you will have to subscribe to the paid plan.

If I pay for a subscription monthly, is it correct that I can cancel at any time?

Hi Elise, when you subscribe to the paid plan, you can choose the monthly or annual option. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime. Annual subscription is a 12 month contract and it is non-refundable.
