We are using Formfacade on a clients site… but having issues, the forms are long and when someone press next or submit all they see is blank white space and they need to scroll up to see the more. This was the issue when we had the google forms on the site, so upgraded Formfacades hoping to fix the issue. Is there a setting or code I can use to fix this. Please help!!
Hi Sharon, Wix only supports iframe embeds. We cannot dynamically set the height / control the scroll since it is an iframe embed that has some restrictions. I have shared your feedback with our team. We will be working on a Wix plugin to embed the forms on the website. I'll update you when it is ready.
