Login to Scorecery > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > click on the three dots icon next to the Submitted status > click Email respondents > setup wizard will be displayed > select the email field from the list and click Next (note: this email field must be a mandatory field in the form) > update the subject and click Next > update the message and click Next > click on the link to open the form and submit a response to test confirmation emails. You can use the ${response()} formula to show a summary of all the answers (hidden fields will not be included) or click on the @ icon in the message editor, select the required field such as name, scores etc from the list to include it in the message.
