Hi Judy, Only submitted responses count towards the monthly responses limit. If a user starts filling the form, but abandons the form, the partial responses will be displayed in the Abandoned status in Formfacade Responses page. This does not count towards your monthly response limit. 1 completed form submission = 1 response. In the Basic plan, you can collect a total of 100 responses per month. Please note that the response limit is not per form; it is for your account.

Hi Judy, you customize the header, footer and theme for your account. Login to Formfacade. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner. Click Change theme. Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page. Click Page. Enter the required text in the Title (header / account name), Footer option (replaces "This site belongs to...") and click Save. You can upload your logo to replace the default profile picture.
