You have added required fields on the first page in your form. If you add the category quick navigation in this page, then users will be able to click on a category to directly navigate to this category page without filling the required fields in the form. So, when the user submits the form, their order will not be recorded properly. If you wish to add the quick navigation, then you must move all the required fields to the [contact details] page after all the category pages.

Instructions below. Login to Neartail > click on the form to open it > Edit page will open in a new tab > In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Submit response to WhatsApp > configure the WhatsApp number and click Save. Please note that you must enter the country code when configuring the WhatsApp number. When a user submits the form, Neartail composes their order as a message and opens it in WhatsApp. Users can click on the send button to send their order as a WhatsApp message to you. Please note that this is not an automated notification, but a message that the user sends manually.

There are two options to create your forms. (1) You can login using your email account and use Neartail templates to create your order form. Please note that we do not have the option to transfer ownership. https://neartail.com/order-forms/index.html (2) If you have created your form in Google Forms, then you can customize it using the Neartail addon. Google Forms allows you to transfer ownership between personal gmail accounts, but not to a google workspace account. If you are using personal accounts, then you can transfer ownership to the preferred gmail account and then customize your form using the Neartail addon. Note: The Neartail subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. You must use the share link or the embed code from your paid account to collect responses.

Neartail does not support Google Forms feature that requires signin. You must disable these features first and the customize it using the Neartail addon. Disable collect email address Open your form in Google Forms > click Settings > click Responses > you have selected "Verified" for the Collect email addresses option. This requires users to signin to submit the form. Select "Do not collect" for the Collect email addresses option Add email address field In Google Forms, click Questions > click on the + icon to add a short answer question > enter the title "Email address" > enable the toggle button for Required option > click on the three dots next to this toggle button > click Response validation > select Text, Email to add a email response validation. Customize form In Google Forms, click on the addon icon > click Neartail > click Change form layout > select the preferred layout and click More > Neartail Preview page will open in a new tab > click Edit to update the form or click Share, copy the short link and share it with your users to collect responses. Once you customize a form using the Neartail addon, it will be displayed in the Neartail Forms dashboard. You can then login to Neartail and directly access this form.

Hi - We do not have a calendar integration for managing bookings. For now, the workaround is to add massage service as a product with variants (date/time slots) and enable inventory to automatically manage available slots.
